Why use this Growth Experiments template?

How to use this template?

Backlog: Provide a link to a spreadsheet that lists and ranks all of your growth-related ideas.
Pipeline: Give a few high-impact projects top priority. Refine a specification document using the implementation, outcome, metrics, and design resources.
Doing: After getting the all-clear, change the project name over to this section. To put the experiment into action at this phase, you’ll enlist designers and developers.
Done: The duration of your trial is a few weeks to a month. When it’s finished, move it here.
Analyze: Analyze the experiment after it has been completed. Gather your lessons learned and present them to your team.
